Welcome to a heart opening dolphin and yoga retreat
This week is all about connecting with our self, our heart and other people on a soul level
through the visdom of dolphin family energy. Meditation, yin yoga under the stars, morning Hatha flow in the sun rise. Cacao ceremonies, kirtan, reiki/dolphin healing, extatic dance sessions, sufi heart meditation, journaling and sharing circles everyday and much more.
We also do seminars where we learn how we can connect with the dolphins in an non-invasive way.
Get in sync with them and meet them in their dance, heart to heart.
Have you ever dreamt of swimming together with dolphins?
There is a lagoon in the Red Sea where these beautiful animals come in the morning to play and rest. We are so privileged to be invited to join their dance. In a respectful way, if the dolphins are in the mood, we enter the water, opening up our hearts to them and wait for their permission. This has been an emotional moment for many of us. They touch many people's heart and it's a joy to witness them play together and swim side by side in their pod..
So grab a cup of coffee (or tea that we drink a lot of in Egypt) and let us tell you a beautiful story.
A saga about love, friendship, adventure, magic, funny characters, emphatic creatures and furfilling dreams. In an ancient land in the east where time feels different and the outside world fades away. Maybe we can convince you that fairytales can come true.

ONCE UPON A TIME
a yoga teacher met a divemaster who told her about the dolphins...
and they started sharing a dream.
We are an Egyptian company that consists of a Swedish-Egyptian duo who found each other through a huge love of the sea and a mutual passion for giving people a genuine experience and helping them reduce stress. We are focusing on combining the blue wonders with exploring ourselves and connecting with our soul.

We believe water is therapy.
Just being in the warm calm sea can help us reduce stress and deepen the connection with our true authentic self. Calming our mind, relaxing our body and healing our soul.
The environment also gives us an excellent opportunity to face our fears and challenge ourselves.
Give back
Our values and hearts lie in sustainability.
We strive to let this nature experience also help foster the conservation of this unique place.
We want to give back to the sea, among other things, by offering to participate in a clean-up day on one of the islands near Sataya.

One week together on a beautiful yacht. An escape from the outside world and a chance to deepen your soul connection.
Regenerate
Calming down with yoga, reiki, meditation and the beautiful surrounding.
The program varies from different trips but we usually start every morning, after a spectacular sunrise, with a soft and slow dynamic yoga to awaken our body and mind. We will try to capture the spirits from Sataya and the focus is on yin energy combine with slow and healing flow sessions.
Withdraw.
Everything is optional
You can always choose to just sit down with a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the new day rising.

Different themes and happenings during the day
During the day we also have group sharing sessions and different work shops. Take a look in our program in the menu and see if anything special excites you.
When the day is ending the sun is lightning up our moon and the stars are starting to shine. We either go up to top deck for a quiet and beautiful YIN & REIKI session under the starry sky, processing the emotions from the day, or we enjoy an interesting lesson with one of our organizers.
